At The Table takes pride in carefully crafting and delivering your handmade table. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your order.


Order Processing

  • Each table is handcrafted and may require 6–8 weeks of production time before shipping.

  • Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.


Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship via trusted carriers and freight services to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Local delivery or pickup is free within 100 miles of Lincoln, NE—please contact us for details..


Delivery Time-frames

  • Standard delivery times vary by destination. Typical shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Receiving Your Table

  • Tables are shipped fully assembled or partially assembled, depending on size.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access for delivery (hallways, staircases, doorways, etc.).

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice damage, document it with photos and notify us within 24 hours.


Damages in Transit

  • If your table arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product.

  • We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Warranty Policies.


International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. If available, international customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
