Each table we build is made just for you—designed to fit your space, your story, and your needs. Because of the custom nature of our work, returns are only accepted in cases of craftsmanship defects or damage during delivery.
✅ What qualifies for a return?
- Structural defects in joinery or construction
- Damage during delivery (scratches, dents, broken components)
- Finish flaws that significantly affect appearance or durability
If you notice any of the above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll ask for photos and a brief description so we can make it right.
🔄 What happens next?
Depending on the issue, we’ll offer:
- Repair or replacement
- Partial refund if repair isn’t feasible
- Full refund in rare cases where the table cannot be restored
We’ll work with you personally to find the best resolution.
🔄 What doesn’t qualify?
- Changes of heart or aesthetic preferences
- Natural wood variations (grain, tone, knots) that are part of the material’s character
- Tables that have been altered, moved improperly, or exposed to extreme conditions
