Let’s Build Your Dream Table
We guide you through every step—initial contact, material selection, design & build, and delivery with warranty—so your custom table feels effortless and personal.
Step 1: Initial Contact
Every custom table begins with a conversation. This is where we get to know you — your space, your vision, and how you imagine gathering around your table. We’ll discuss your style preferences, desired dimensions, and any inspiration photos or ideas you have. From there, we can provide an initial quote and timeline estimate, helping you understand what to expect before moving forward.
Whether you reach out through our contact form, social media, or a phone call, this step is all about connection and clarity — ensuring your table starts with the same care and attention that goes into crafting it.
Step 2: Material Selection
This phase is where vision meets substance. Together, we finalize the materials that will shape your table—balancing aesthetics, durability, and environmental fit. We guide you through
Wood Type
Selecting the wood for your table is the first step in the custom design process. There are many options but the most common wood types are: Black Walnut, White Oak, Hard Maple, and Cherry.
Style
We’ll help you choose the table style that aligns beautifully with your taste and budget—whether it’s a Book Match, Single Slab, or Dimensional design, each option offers its own unique character.
Edge
Even the edges of your custom table are shaped by your vision. Whether you prefer the natural flow of a curved live-edge, the bold simplicity of a straight live-edge, or the clean precision of a cut edge, each detail is tailored to reflect your style.
Base
Choose a base that complements your vision—whether it’s the warmth of handcrafted wood or the bold contrast of custom metal, each option is designed to ground your table with style and strength.
Step 3: Design and Build
Once the vision is clear, the production begins. This is where sketches turn into sawdust, and the table begins to take shape.
- Collaborative Design: We refine the concept together—dimensions, wood species, edge profiles, finishes. Every choice is intentional, every detail rooted in your story and space.
- Material Selection: We source hardwoods for their structural integrity, grain character, and environmental suitability. Whether you’re drawn to the rich tones of walnut or the clean lines of white oak, we guide you through the options.
- Craftsmanship in Motion: In the shop, the build unfolds with precision and care. Joinery, shaping, sanding, and finishing.
- Progress Updates: You’re never in the dark. We share updates, photos, and insights as your table comes to life—because this isn’t just our build, it’s yours too.
You begin to see not just a table, but a place to gather. Built with integrity, designed for life.
